A stunning cut crystal hand painted and brass powder bowl.
The top is a beautiful hand painted boat scene and is brass. The base is cut crystal.
Both in good condition. The brass edges do have a few little dents as you can see in the photos as well as a few scratches on the top enamel that are not obvious. The cut crystal is in perfect condition.
